We request that you inform us of any current injury or illness prior to any procedures or treatment(s).
This is to ensure proper care and treatment(s) are given and to ensure that scheduled treatments do not, in any way, interfere with or exacerbate any medical challenges or issues you may have. Our clients’ well-being is of utmost importance to us.
Please do not drop off a minor for the duration of the appointment. If we need to run an errand in-between clients we would not be able to do so, due to the responsibility of keeping the minor safe until you return. Doing so our personal appointments or errands would have to be inconveniently cancelled.
To ensure the quality of our services and the total enjoyment
of your experience, we recommend arriving 10 min before your scheduled appointment time
(traffic can be difficult and unpredictable).
Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service.
